What are return policies?
The complete requirements for returning a product can be found below. If any of these requirements are missing, the return of a product will not be accepted.

  • Products to be returned within 15 days must be delivered undamaged in their original box, packaging, and if any, complete with standard accessories.

A product sent to happysleep.com.tr for a refund is reviewed and upon determining the product is undamaged and complete then a return is accepted. In the absence of accessories and auxiliary products or if returned without the packaging, a return will not be accepted. Following the acceptance of a return, the reflection of the refund period is at your bank's discretion. Credit card refunds are done no later than 1 to 3 weeks, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 1 week at the latest.

How am I going to return?
You need to notify us of your return wish by filling the return form found in this page first. After the approval of the return of the product determined by our technical department, please complete the return form and send your product to us by cargo. The approval of a return will be communicated with you either by phone or by mail. For any returns made by using Aras Kargo, you will not be subject for any delivery fees. Any returns made using any other shipping provider are subject to be paid by the sender. Deliveries subject to be paid by the receiver will not be accepted. In case the return items are delivered to our technical department according to our return policy, the process for a refund will start on the received date.

How long is the return period?
In general, as long as the product that you purchased is un-damaged and is in re-salable condition, you can return your product within 15 days after receiving date providing the reason for a return.
